Injection moulding

Injection moulding is the core of Plasticline production. In a working space surface of 1800 sq. mm., 700 of which covered (raw material storage), the machine equipment includes 32 injection machines ranging from 55tons to 1400tons; we are provided with manipulator robots and updated computerized control systems.

We use more than 2500 tools to produce a large range of items which range from a few grams to 10 kilos.

Monthly production amounts to more than 1 million pieces. The round-the-clock production cycle allows a processing average of 400 tons of raw material per month.
